I bought this printer (pixma ip7250) because I want to use it to print CDs, but the driver for linux-systems that is downloadable from your support-site is under all cannon, I cannot use it to print CDs properly under linux.
I installed the canon-pixma-ip7200-printer 3.80-1 package under ArchLinux from AUR.
Why do I have to buy extra driver software (Turboprint from Zedonet) for expensive money because i’m not use a M$-Windows or Apple -System????
Are your developers not able to write the standard-software also for linux? Shame on you!
What good is good hardware if the driver is junk.
